Hello,
Today I wanted to mark a film as seen, but a pop-up appears asking me to pay the Premium subscription because I’ve reached the limit of the list. What limit? I have 1161 movies marked as viewed, and I don’t think it’s right that such an essential function should be limited on the free version. What’s the point of a movie-tracking app if it doesn’t let me track my movies anymore? I hope it’s a bug, because I can’t really afford such a recurring expense, and lifetime payment is no longer offered. FYI I’m on version 5.2.4.
I hope you can help me, thank you very much.
I want to take a moment to explain why I’ve implemented a subscription model. With the rising costs of server maintenance and ongoing development, it’s essential for me to secure sustainable funding. I understand that $1 per month might seem like an added expense, but it helps me keep the app running smoothly for everyone.
Each of us has financial needs, and this small fee allows me to continue improving the service you rely on. I appreciate your understanding and support as I work to enhance your experience.
I have the same problem. The thing is that it’s not true to say that we have reached our number limit in the list and thus that is the reason we cannot add more new “seen” to our 'watched" list, because when I erased some previous logged series I still got the same message. Meaning that we just reached some kind of limit that you set for us and it’s not numerical. I can’t even use the second choice besides choosing premium, the one with the advertisement.
Not fair, even if you think that your demand for 1$ per month is not a big amount
Thanks for the feedback. the newest version shouldn’t have a limit anymore.
