in version 6, it does not appear that changes are being synced across devices. I have 3 devices signed in with the same iD. I have marked several episodes as watched on my primary device, and the changes are not showing up on my other devices.
How long did you wait? Did you try to trigger the fetching, like opening the list or pull refresh?
