For some reason, my stats are not properly syncing. I recently cleared everything so I could start a fresh tracking, but it still days that things are rated and on my watchlist. It shows nothing in my rated when I check so I can’t unrate to clear the stats. What can I do?

How do I know if it is 5? Also, since I have posted this, I have now lost premium completely even though I paid for premium. I even have the google receipt from 2020. Why have I lost premium?
