Spanish titles don't syncro

Hi everyone.

With the spanish shows, often have problems with the syncro between the app and Tracktv

This time I have 2 issues

  • El pueblo - Exists on Tracktv, appears on the APP, but don’t synchronize
  • Justo antes de cristo - Exists on Tracktv, appears on the APP, but don’t synchronize

If I add booth on the APP, seem ok, but when the app synchronize settings disappear

@Pivodit Thank you for the information and sorry for the missing TV shows.

Moviebase is using TMDb as data source. If the sync between Trakt and TMDb is missing then you can check the External IDs on https://www.themoviedb.org.

There are IMDB and TVDB Ids, which are used for Trakt sync. Trakt has to load the data later :slight_smile:

Still not.

They are on the Trakt.tv, but didn’t syncronize with Moviebase.

In this cases I have a “local” account to control this shows.

“Justo antes de Cristo” is ok - “El pueblo” - KO
