I’ve reloaded the Data as your advice in another 2 post.
But I notice the following 3 issues since 6.0.12
TV Show Progress tab showing many shows that already completed
slow transition (3 to 5 seconds) moving within the 3 History tabs
Unable to add or mark new episode

1 what do you want to see? do you mean activate the filter?
2 how many items do you have in the lists?
3 the mark new episode do you mean just adding any episode to an list? or only on the progress?
it should only show TV shows that are in progress/incomplete. I already activated the filter to show unwatched episode
not sure what u mean how many item on the list. I’m trying to toggle in History tab (Movies > TV shows > Episodes). You can refer to attached 2 screens where the display is the same (recent TV shows) even when I move to Movie or Episodes.
Mark a movie or episode as watched.

I tried to mark new episode as watched, but it doesn’t record. I tried on all 3 ways as attached

When you click the left bottom menu, there is also a watched icon. Does this work?
The bottom left menu is not working as well.
And this is only impacting episodes, not movies.
Movies have a different issue… Can add but can’t remove 
That’s super weird. Nothin which is the normal code.
I updated something in the database driver in version 6.1.0
It worked for a few episodes, but is no longer updating again

Same problem as I mentioned earlier… The 3 ways mark or add an episode as watch… Is not working
Which version do you use actually? And is it only this specific TV show and episode? Are there any other issues with the added list or added items or people?
I’m on 6.1.1
Tried adding episodes from 3 TV shows (Mr Robot, Elsbeth, The Cleaning Lady) but it doesn’t update the episode history.
However I noticed the TV show is updated in the history
Thank you very much for updating so it is marked the episode, but not in the UI display. So maybe there is only an issue with showing the right marked
Will this get fix soon?
Another question. Do you use Trakt TV or Google?
