Since one Week, i try to reconnect to my moviebase account. In the App, all my Lists gone and i was logged off. I saw that moviebase.app website was offline for one week ?
what is happend? And why i can not log in with my Moviebase Account?
I have delete my app cache. I tried to click the blue Login button “Mit Moviebase anmelden”.
But nothing happen.
I transferred the website to another service but haven’t had to do something with the app auth or server.
Did you use Google or the Email for the login?
Changed in the email login in the last version.

I use my email for the login.
My last login was long time ago. Not sure why the app had logged my out.
I tried your new upgrade(and delete cache), but it is still not work. When i click on the button, the window closed but nothing happend. I have no mask for email or password. Nothing open for login.
Which latest app version do you have? It shouldn’t request a password anymore. Only a magic link via email.

Do you see the Screenshot? This blue Button do nothing in my App. Maybe i am wrong with email login, because now i see in my PW memories i have written a “?” thats mean it is unclear. I think it is Google login because payment was PlayStore too.
I have install the App of another Smartphone and it is the same problem. The Login Button is dead.
PS: Ich traue mich nicht die App zu deinstallieren, weil alle Daten vielleicht nur lokal auf dem Handy und nicht in meinem Account gespeichert sind? Keine Ahnung. Ich hab leider kein Backup in der App gemacht. Aktuell ist alles leer, alles ist weg! Da steckt so viel Arbeit drin. Sind die Daten auf deinem Server?
In der neuen Version sind zwei große Buttons da beim Login.
Beim Ausloggen sollten alle Filme da sein, da das Konto nur synchronisiert, aber nichts löscht.
Ein Konto unter diesem Profil ist auch da, jedoch lange kein sign in gewesen.
Ja mit “Moviebase anmelden” auf dem nichts passiert, keine Mail mit Magiclink.
Und “mit Trakt verbinden”.
Ich habe mit Trakt immer sychonisiert, aber ich weiss nun nicht wie alt der Stand ist.
Möchte nicht etwas überschreiben und es bereuen.
Komisch, ich bin ja ausgeloggt quasi (obwohl ich es nie initialisiert hatte) und es ist alles im Profil weg. Hab nur 3 alte Serien im Fortschritt, sonst leer!

vielleicht ist es der selbe Fehler wie der Thread hier drunter.
Das zweite Handy was ich getestet habe, da passierte auch nix. Was passiert denn normalerweise? Geht eine Email automatisch an die im Play Store hinterlegte Adresse? Es kam auch keine Meldung das ein Magiclink unterwegs ist, das Fenster geht einfach zu.
In diesem Fall hast du dich wahrscheinlich mit Trakt angemeldet? Weil in diesem Fall wird ein anderes Konto in der App verwendet. Aber auch hier werden die Daten nicht geloescht.
