After the last update, I was logged out of my account on the app. Then, when I tried to log back in, my history was gone. I don’t know what happened to my data stored on www.themoviedb.org. I had a huge history of movie ratings and bookmarks and I lost it all. Is there any way to recover my account information?
Hey, unfortunately, we can’t provide the TMDB account sync anymore due to some database migration. However, your data should be available on the TMDB page. We could build a CSV import for this data if you want.
