In new beta release 3.8.0, the Backup option is available and seems to work. There is no Restore option visible. I suspect that the option is there but just not visible because we cannot scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen. I cannot see the bottom of the box surrounding the Settings screen.
Is The screen not scrollable? Thanks for the hint, I will change that soon!

The box itself is larger than my screen, and the box itself does not scroll, so I think the screen is not scrollablle. The items inside the box can be scrolled a tiny amount but not far enough to see beyond the Backup item. That is the last item in the box that is visible.
