Can't Switch Premium from Yearly to Lifetime

I just posted this on twitter sorry for the duplicate, but my yearly subscription expires on May 22nd, 2022. I’ve cancelled that subscription through google and would like to purchase a lifetime subscription while it’s on sale for $19.99, but it keeps giving me an error:
An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. [OR-RWE-02]

I’ve tried it a few times over the last 2 days with no luck. Thanks

I ended up just waiting for my yearly subscription to expire and then bought the lifetime one. I don’t need anything else.
